Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how CoreLattice AI Pvt Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on the OneLattice website and service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember preferences, measure usage, and (in some cases) deliver targeted content. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels; we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site and Service to function — for example, authentication, session management, load balancing, and storing your cookie consent decision. These cookies cannot be disabled.
Analytics
Help us understand how the site and Service are used so we can improve them. These cookies are only set after you opt in via the consent banner.
Preferences
Remember choices you make (such as language or display preferences) to give you a better experience. Set only after you opt in.
We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and the consent banner.
3. Specific cookies we set
The table below lists the cookies we currently set. The list is maintained as our analytics and product stack evolves.
- cookie-consent(strictly necessary) — stores your consent decision so we don’t prompt you on every visit. Stored in
localStorage. Persistent until cleared. - session (strictly necessary) — keeps you signed in to authenticated areas of the Service. Session-only.
We do not currently set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. If we introduce them, this list will be updated to show each cookie’s name, provider, purpose, duration, and category before it is set.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties we use to operate the site and Service — for example, analytics providers, error monitoring, and embedded content (such as videos). Those third parties are responsible for their own cookie practices; our sub-processor list, including links to their policies, is available on request by contacting [email protected].
5. Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie preferences control in our consent banner. Triggering this control reopens the banner and lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or fine-tune analytics and preferences categories. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service. See your browser’s help pages for details.
7. Do Not Track
Browsers and standards bodies have not converged on a common Do Not Track signal. We do not currently respond to DNT headers, but our consent banner gives you a clear opt-in/opt-out choice for all non-essential cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our cookie usage changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
